Werewolves, killer plants, vampires, voodoo, and a revengeful hand, in the first serial film of the popular Amicus series, which mixes horror and humor. Directed by Freddie Francis, the great cinematographer; the cast includes Christopher Lee, Donald Sutherland, and, above all, Peter Cushing, a demure, diabolic Dr. Schreck.
