Starting with the film by Christian Labhart, Passion - Between Revolt and Resignation (Switzerland, 2019, 80’), an autobiographical journey through the forms of militancy which have marked the post-war period, but also an apocalyptic journey studded with quotes from Kafka, Brecht, Žižek, and Meinhof. Franco “Bifo” Berardi traces a map of the world and looks for a compass to guide us.
Franco Berardi (Bologna, Italy, 1949) is an author and a media-activist. During the 1970s, he founded the journal “A/traverso” and took part in the autonomous movement. He has collaborated with the journals “Semiotexte” (New York), “Arcipelago” (Barcelona), “Chimeres” (Paris), and “Derive approdi” (Rome). He has written approximately twenty books. Recently, he published Breathing Chaos and Poetry, whose Italian edition is published by Luca Sossella and entitled Respirare.
