Then an interview with a cook who talks about the typical local dishes she cooked, then an expert who talks about Tenuta Fontanafredda, its vineyards with specialized cultivation, its history, its foundation by Count Emanuele Guerrieri, son of King Vittorio Emanuele II and of his morganatic wife Rosa Vercellana.
