Declaration

film director

“The inspiration for A Better You comes from the world we live in today. We live in a world that propagates the idea that we're not good enough. I believe social media is at the forefront of this culture. Filtered selfies, travel photos and inspirational posts all feed into the idea that other people are living a much more exciting life than we are. A Better You is inspired by this cultural phenomenon and takes it one step further. Instead of pushing a digital version of ourselves out onto a digital platform, the characters are literally able to send better, more idyllic version of themselves out into the real world.”
