Declaration
film director
“Separazioni depicts the pain caused by loss – a pain that seeps into relationships, unraveling them, rippling the polished surface of a bourgeois microcosm, disturbing its symmetries and undermining its certainties. Separazioni is a rigorously crafted film, where formal exploration, extended rhythms, the choice of black and white, and the evocative power of nature become the expressive tools through which the story unfolds.”
