Declaration
film director
“Strike - Figli di un’era sbagliata is the result of a friendship formed in elementary school. Originally a theater play in 2018, after five years of development, and with the guidance of Massimiliano Bruno, we explored the universe of Ser.D., a little-known place where social classes disappear in front of personal addiction. The film addresses youth fragility, dependencies, and the power of friendship, using an ‘invisible’ directorial approach to highlight acting and improvisation. Italian-style comedy allows us to make the story’s deepest themes vivid and accessible.”
