L'ULTIMO SALTO

In a retirement home in Rome, four friends see their routine turned upside down when Mario, the youngest and most cynical of the group, discovers he has only two months to live. Determined not to spend his final days in the home, he expresses a wish to see the sea one last time. To help him, his friends devise a robbery plan, enlisting Simone, a young cafeteria worker. Against all odds, the heist succeeds, and the five set off for the Tuscan coast in an old, brightly coloured minibus. Amid luxury hotels, extravagant purchases and unexpected encounters, the journey becomes an opportunity to rediscover the joy of living, confront old wounds and forge new bonds. But Mario has one final gesture in store before making his way to the sea alone to face his destiny.
