Sharon Kleinberg
(Mexico) began her artistic career as a stage actress. She trained primarily at the Dimitrios Sarrás Academy (Theatre) and at El SET (Film), participating in more than twenty plays, short films, television series, and feature films. Later, she studied screenwriting at the Centro Internacional de Guión para Cine y Televisión. Before venturing into film, she mostly worked as playwright. Her dramatic texts have been presented on various stages in Mexico, most notably the play Esperando morir. Soy Mario is her debut feature.
