An investigative report on the incredible conditions in which a group of refugees from Eastern Europe are living: between the scaffolding of the bridge (the Ponte Sisto), under restoration, and the water of the Tiber River which flows under them dangerously. A worker an architect, and a student tell their own stories and the reasons for their "flight".

Sandro Fogli
Born in Rome in 1954, Sandro Fogli has worked developing his skill as a fashion photographer in the multimedia studio Box 4 in Rome. He debuted as cinematographer in the 16mm short L'abbraccio by Armando Manni. This is his first video investigative report.
