Los Angeles 2019. Some "replicants" have escaped and blended into the suburban spaces of the metropolis in order to lengthen their lives beyond the four years they were programmed for. Once the alarm has gone out Rick Deckard reluctantly goes after the humanoids. Tyrell, the builder of these beings, introduces Deckard to a female replicant in order to make it for him to recognize the replicants, for the "woman" turns out to have sentiments. Meanwhile, Deckard manages to eliminate one humanoid. Then the other replicants make an old eyemaker confess the name of their manufacturer. When their leader, Roy, goes to Tyrell, he discovers his identity. However, Deckard is already on their heals. He kills all of the replicants one after the other, but he cannot prevent the end of Tyrell, whose humanoid son gets to him and carries out his vengeance. Roy begins a hunt with no quarter for Deckard. In the end, he is spared by the humanity of Roy. The final sequence sees the joining of our hero and the female replicant, who is probably no longer a replicant, in an unreal countryside.
The film has been generally recognized as a classic and now we present Scott's recently completed own cut of the film, in which he has removed the voiceover narration of Deckard and the ending, and added some new footage.
