Country: Canada
Year: 1992
Duration: 100'

Blast 'em is a very funny, rude and irreverent inside look at the world of paparazzi and their celebrity prey: they stalk, confront and photograph sometimes with their subjects consent and more often without. Quickly bringing the story up to date Blast 'em finds its subject personified in Victor Malafronte, a young New York based professional who just may be the most aggressive, foulmouthed and talented of the new breed of photographerhit men. Victor puts it succinctly when he says, "I don't have any sympathy for a guy who makes $ 20-30 million a year". Victor and his cohorts take us for a ride on the wild side as they chase down Madonna (an avid jogger), Michael J. Fox (also jogging), John F. Kennedy Jr (on skates or a bike), Marla Maples (playing softball), Willem Dafoe, Sigourney Weaver, Matt Dillon, Robert De Niro.
