Man of Stone is a small portrait of Maurizio Marletta, an old man who followed a very unusual "profession" until a few years ago. He lifted weights of more than 100 kilos in the various piazzas of Turin after having gathered several dozen curious paying spectators around him, Despite his age, Maurizio still loves to exhibit himself in his old show from time to time when he has time off from his present job. Once Pier Paolo Pasolini wanted him to be in one of his films.
