Alessandro Marzocchini
Alessandro Marzocchini (Castelnuovo Garfagnana, Lucca; 1958) received his university degree in sociology with a thesis on visual anthropology. In 1984 he received a diploma as programer-cultural worker from the Lazio Region course professional training program. He worked as assistant director to Michele Gandin in the making of various documentaries and Tv programs. He directed the videos: Le immagini del Tani (1987), Passi di danza intorno a Remigio (1990, third-prize winner of the Racconta Roma competition of the newspaper, "La Repubblica"), Remigio, i matti siete voi (1991), Lina (1991), and Angelo, una vita fatta a taglio (1993). He contributed in the production of several Rai2 programs: Storie Vere, Agricoltura non solo, Set and Giorno di festa.
Chiara Sasso
Chiara Sasso (Bussoleno, Turin; 1952) has written several books on social research, including Diecimila lenzuola dopo, Un viaggio folle and Ferite di miniera. She entered her polemical video, Valle di Susa: ci è passato Annibale, ma non è detto che debbano passarci proprio tutti, in the eleventh Turin Film Festival.
