Valter Neto
Born in Albufeira (Portugal) on 10/21/1961. He moved to the United States in 1984 and now lives in Edison, New Jersey. He studied film at City College of New York. Has directed scientific videos for use in elementary public school in New York City. Esperança is the first work of the director.
