The group Nessuna Immagine's proposal opens with a common subject matter, The Double, and develops in six different parts which emphasize the contrasts and differences that can originate out of the kinds of sensitivity and cultural backgrounds of the individual group members while upholding a purposefully elementary standardization of the technical means.

The group, Nessuna Immagine - made up of Elisabetta Enrico, Daniela Cavallo, Raffaella Giorcelli, Gian Pietro D'Acqui, Irina Novarese and Alessia Barucchi - originated in 1992 through a collaboration between the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin and the Museum of Contemporary Arts at the Castle of Rivoli in a Mass Media course aimed at documenting the exhibitions at Rivoli Castle in experimental forms using languages and codes different from the canonical methods of the video catalogues. Thus the group has made documentary videos on the exhibitions - "Torino '50-70. Un'avventura internazionale", "Enzo Cucchi", and "Keith Haring" - working sometimes with common aims and diversified technical standards.
