Manuel Gomez

Manuel Gomez (Mont-sur-Marchienne, 1956) is a professor of plastic arts, painter, sculptor, and filmmaker. From 1978 to 1984 he made about ten experimental short Super8 films and cartoons, two of which were presented at the Quinzaine des Réalisateurs at Cannes in 1983. Since 1983 he has directed one 16mm film and a dozen 35mm films, which were selected for different festivals.
