This film is a fresco of Buenos Aires and of the young Argentine directors made by Stefania Rocca when she was staying in South America as a jury member for the Buenos Aires Independent Film Festival. There are interviews, short pieces, and sequence from a capital in deep cultural ferment.

Stefania Rocca

Stefania Rocca (Turin, 1971) is an actress who passed through a long hungry period but reached her first great success with Gabriele Salvatores' Nirvana. Afterwards, she acted on stage with Alessandro Baricco and Gabriele Vacis in Totem and for Robert Lepage in Polygraphe. On screen she acted in Anthony Minghella 's The Talented Mr. Ripley, Kenneth Branagh's Love's Labours Lost, and Giorgio Treves's Rosa e Cornelia. Buenos marks her debut as a director. She is presently writing a screenplay that she would like to direct as a feature film.
