The case against a young man suspected of murdering a woman gets stronger and stronger as the hours go by during a nighttime interrogation conducted by a novice prosecutor and an expert police commissioner.
"I wrote The Case is Closed two years ago for the Moravia Prize competition. The fact that it is a mystery story is arbitrary. I like this genre even though I am not crazy about it. I liked the progressive increase in the tension in the story, the feel of certain settings, the development and the nuances of the events underlying the crime as they were experienced by the characters" (Emiliano Corapi).

Emiliano Corapi
Emiliano Corapi (Rome, 1970) began his film activity writing and shooting various short films. He has made several documentaries and commercials. In 1999 he won the Moravia Prize for the screenplay, The Case is Closed, which was cited by the Minister of Cultural Resources as being of national cultural interest.
