Country: Egypt

Samia and Adel have a love story. Samia's father has to sell their house to pay his debts; the building is bought by the forger Abu Al Izz. When Samia discovers his business, the hoodlum forces her to marry him under the threat of killing her father. Samia turns to Al Malti for help. In the end, the police intervene and Samia and Adel can get married.

"This film, which is considered a classic of 1950's police movies, was made by one of the directors of the golden age of Egyptian cinema. It is the first film in which most of the scenes take place on a train. The night trains used to take the early editions of the newspapers from Cairo to Alexandria" (Samir Farid).
