This film tells the stories of Turin's Vanchiglia-Vanchiglietta district during the years of Fascism, war, bombing, and the struggle for liberation. The boys from back then recall all this for us.

Maurizio Orlandi
Maurizio Orlandi (Massa Marittima, Grosseto; 1958) teaches history at a high school of the classics in Turin. He has always set up a teaching method that is aimed at involving the students actively and making them participate in the discipline of historical studies in order to foster in them an idea of the worth of the historical memory. Over the last few years he has gotten into the audiovisual field. He has written screenplays written for other directors that have become films that often have been presented at the Turin Space Preview and at the Torino Film Festival.
