A young woman, Angie, has a car accident in the middle of a remote forest in New Zealand. The driver of the other car is badly hurt. Angie manages to pull him out of the car, which has flipped over, and realizes that he has lost a foot. In the meantime another woman comes upon the scene and calls an ambulance. Angie hides herself. When help arrives it is already getting dark.

"My short film is meant to be very simple and essential, as is so often the case in contemporary cinema, but it manages to keep the audience fascinated by the lead character. Add to this a certain sense of mystery" (Kirstin Marcon).
