Christmas is coming, and with it, the Apocalypse: a freak lightning storm has sparked an epidemic of cannibalism, but not everybody has been contaminated. Calvin, for example, risks becoming his beloved wife’s Christmas dinner. To help him escape this craving for flesh of his erstwhile nearest and dearest is a new, bizarre friend, a fan of dance music and shotguns. But to Calvin, that’s not the biggest problem: before the world started coming to an end, he had promised his daughter that they would decorate the house with the most beautiful lights she had ever seen. And he certainly can’t disappoint her.

Terrill Lee Lankford
Terrill Lee Lankford has a decades-long career as screenwriter and dialog writer, and has collaborated on over twenty horror, thriller, sci-fi and action movies. He debuted as a director in 1995 with the feature-length Dark Red, which was followed by the documentaries No Beast So Fierce (2000), an episode of the TV series Saving the Endangered Species; Blue Neon Night: Michael Connelly’s Los Angeles (2004), the promotional movies The Closers, The Lincoln Lawyer, Echo Park, The Scarecrow and in 2012 Christmas with the Dead. As an author, he has published the noir novels, with often sexy overtones, Shooters, Angry Moon, Earthquake Weather and Blonde Lightning.
