Country: Spain
Year: 2012
Duration: 90'

A group of old friends meets for a short stay in a chalet. Although they are very close, the faded memory of a past event haunts them. A series of inexplicable and disquieting events blocks them in an isolated area in the Pyrenees where they find themselves: electric power fuses, cars don’t start, watches stop at twenty past midnight, their cell-phones stay dead. In an effort to find an explanation and to get into communication with the outside world, the group shows its first signs of cracking. But what they really have to fear is beyond their own circle.

Declaration

film director

“Fin is a thriller that uses fantastic elements in order to tell a story where the emotional emptiness and the frustrations of our characters make up the very heart of the film. The suspense is generated just as much by external and inexplicable elements as it is by these personal circumstances of each of the members of the group, the culmination of which catapults them into an extreme adventure where life, death and existence play key roles.”
