41TFF film previews: Italian premiere of “Afire” by Christian Petzold and world premiere of “A guardia di una fede” by Andrea Zambelli

The 41st Torino Film Festival is pleased to announce the participation of Afire by Christian Petzold, winner of the Silver Bear at the last Berlin Film Festival, in the Out of Competition section. The director himself will present the Italian premiere during the event. Set during a scorching summer in an isolated house in a forest on the shores of the Baltic Sea, the film recounts the vacation of a group of friends that gradually turns into a nightmare due to a huge forest fire. The film, Silver Bear at the last Berlin Film Festival, will be in theaters with Wanted from November 30th.

Another significant attendance in the Out of Competition section will be A guardia di una fede, a documentary directed by Andrea Zambelli that tells the story of the Atalanta’s north stand from 1993 to this day described through the eyes of Claudio “Boccia Galimberti”, one of the most charismatic personalities of football ultras from Bergamo.
