THE STAR OF THE MOLE ANTONELLIANA, SYMBOL OF TURIN FILM FESTIVAL, FROM TODAY IN PIAZZA CASTELLO

From today, 23 November 2020 and until the end of the Torino Film Festival, Piazza Castello hosts the copy in life size the twelve-pointed star placed at the peak of the spire of the Mole Antonelliana, symbol of the city and seat of the National Cinema Museum.

Protagonist of the new visual identity and iconic synthesis of the Torino Film Festival, the star was made of metal by Claudio Demaria and the volunteers of the Piedmontese Railway Museum and built in the Moscow Bridge Workshop.

This year, the Torino Film Festival ideally dedicates the installation of the star to Carlo Ausino, a historical exponent of Turin cinema who died yesterday.
