Scivola verso la pazzia, poi tenta di tornare a una vita normale e incontra altri due sopravvissuti: una ragazza e un maori. Diretto dall’autore di Utu, cult anni Ottanta ispirato a un romanzo di Craig Harrison e a The World, the Flesh and the Devil, del quale riprende il tema antirazzista. Le riprese delle città e delle campagne deserte e l’interpretazione di Bruno Lawrence tolgono il fiato.
