TorinoFilmLab is an international
laboratory offering training, development and economic support for the film
productions; it is reserved to writers/directors working on their first or
second film. Script&Pitch is an advanced course in screenplay development
for scriptwriters and story editors: it also includes an innovative path
dedicated to Audience Design. Writer’s Room is a programme of Training
Transmedia. AdaptLab is devoted to the cinematographic adaptation of novels.
FrameWork supports teams of directors, scriptwriters and producers during the
pre-production stage. All these programmes will end during the 30th TFF with
the Meeting Event (November 25-27, 2012): 120 international professionals are
invited to attend the presentation of the 16 Script&Pitch projects, 11
FrameWork projects, 8 AdaptLab projects and Writer’s Room project. On this
occasion, various Production Awards (from €50,000 to €200,000), an Audience
Award (€30,000) the International Relations ARTE Prize (€6.000) and a Post
Production Award will be granted. TFL also features Interchange: development
and co-production workshops for the Arab world.
