Stories of people who succeed one another on the same piece of land. This is an allegory on the classic Sicilian theme of the "stuff", understood in the archetypal sense. Secretly, it is short film on the force of gravity in Sicily.

Salvo Cuccia (Palermo, 1960) works on finding new ways of expression among the arts of video, prose fiction, and new documentary. He has produced various research works on music/sound/image, collaborating with Raúl Ruiz as assistant director and with numerous musicians including David Moss, Federico Icardona, Gianni Gebbia, Bob Ostertag, Roberto Paci Dalò, Peter Kowald, and Jean Marc Montera. He has participated as performer and director in the Festival Experimenta and the Prix Italia. In 2001 his installation, Paesaggi italiani was presented at Queens College and at New York University's Casa Italiana Zerilli Marimò.
